Booking Details For Private Parties
A refundable cash Bond of £50 (£100 for 18th to 21st birthdays, and for any party with a hot food buffet) must be paid at the time of booking. The Bond will be returned to you after the event, providing there are no damages, or excessive cleaning required. In the event of a cancellation, then the bond will not be refunded.

A 10% deposit is required to secure the room on any given date.
A booking form must be completed for each private booking.

This PDF contains the Booking Form and a Fire Register that will need to be completed and returned to WACA with your deposit and cash bond.
The PDF also contains our Terms & Conditions which you need to read and agree to by ticking the appropriate box on the Booking Form. Retain for information, details on Liquor Consumption, Cancellation Policy and GDPR Policy. The final sheet is a Guest List, which must be completed and returned two weeks before the event.
