Tuesday Pilates

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise, it is low impact and bears no pressure on the joints of the body.
Pilates classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. together these aspects will enchance a greater strenth throughout the body.
Pilates is sitable for everyone regardless of his or her age, mobility and current fitness level.
participants are advised to work at their own pace during each session and will be guided to progress at a rate that feels suitable for them.
